Trinity Church
Hey friends! For my fourth blog post, I wanted to share this picture that I took last year at Trinity Church in New York. This is an old church. Not as old as others, but this particular version of Trinity Church is the third to stand in this spot, and it was built in the 1840's. As it exists today, it is a really cool example of a mix of natural and theatrical lighting. The natural light, obviously, comes through the large stained glass window at the front and the windows on the sides, and the theatrical lights are all placed along the sides of the church, pointing towards the front. It's such a cool mix of old and new!
