Black and red tile floor I want in my kitchen, when I can afford a house that originally has a nasty linoleum floor
Ok so I spent a lot of time in museums, over the past six months, cause you know I did that thing were I lived in another country; and I never really took the time to notice the designs of the rooms that I was walking into or how the light affected the art work that your checking out until I walked in this room. Im pretty sure on this particular day I was by myself and the museum was having a slow day. This was one of the lonelier levels and I basically had the floor all to myself. I like the isolation that each section that holds art is given by whoever designed the room. I also thought that it was interesting how the painted the walls and descriptions red to match the black and red floor. I guess if your feet really hurt from all the tours you're taking and decide to rest your eyes on the tiles they also catch the reflection of white light from the display cases. The light is both intense( because of the red) and stale, almost scientific and clean ( because of the clear white light ). I also Love the blue touch screen panel on the middle right. I think that is just different enough to help us understand that this facility is up to day technologically speaking. So the lights showcase both elements from an artistic past and technology that communicates with the future
