These are the images I took this week at one of our dress rehearsals for the thesis show. This is one section of the show choreographed my Kima Christian. I was so fascinated by the artistry and presentation. He had 3 projectors on stage. Two were placed in the downstage corners projecting images diagonally, and middle one was projecting on cyc. This technique made it look like were are placed in the middle of action. The whole stage looked like a magical mysterious place. I called it a mixture of Disneyland and Cirque du Soleil. I always liked the interaction of live performers with multimedia images. And this scene was a nice example of the interaction. Tonight's the last show. Go see it!
