Crystal Rainbows

So I came across this photo a few weeks ago of a glass sculpture by artist Jack storm. His art mainly consists of Glass sculptures that in their complex design are able to reflect and manipulate the spectrum of light. I love how his artwork not only collects the light but also disperse is in a way that allows one to appreciate the diversity of colors that light holds. His artwork is usually light from multiple angles and heavily relies on different light sources because without them the crystals that he is crafting would be multifaceted but thought faceted wouldn't have rays to work with and give off these wonderful mini rainbows. The words that this photo make me think of are lively and constructed. Mr. Storm is constructing a artwork that is heavily dependent on Light from all angles  to achieve its desired affect. Without beams of light to work with his work wouldn't help the spectrum of color dance and come alive.
